More About Me

Victoria Mowry - Associate Real Estate Broker | Coldwell Banker Whitbeck

With a career in real estate that began in 1988, I bring decades of experience, dedication, and a deep passion for helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process. I began my real estate journey after completing coursework at North Country Community College and launched my sales career with Century 21 in Saranac Lake, NY. My enthusiasm for the industry quickly grew, and in 1995, I earned my Broker’s license after completing the 45-hour course held at the historic Hotel Saranac—all while still working full-time as a business manager.

I hold a degree in Business with a minor in Art, where I developed a strong appreciation for architecture and design—an interest that has remained central to my work in real estate. My early art education, focused on homes and structures, has given me a unique perspective on property potential and presentation.

One of the most meaningful influences in my career was my mentor, Shooky Walsh. Her sharp instincts, straightforward advice, and humor left a lasting impression. She taught me the importance of truly knowing each property before showing it—advice I still follow to this day.

My approach has always been guided by empathy, respect, and honesty. I believe in treating every client as I would want to be treated: with kindness, professionalism, and without judgment. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or a returning client, I go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and informed experience.

After taking a break to raise my family and run a successful business in Chazy, I rejoined the real estate world in 2017 with Coldwell Banker Whitbeck. Since then, I’ve continued to build strong, lasting relationships with clients—many of whom still reach out for guidance, support, or simply to keep in touch.

Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or simply explore your options, I’m here to help with insight, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
